Please read these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and all other rules and policies made available or published on ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site as they shall govern your use of the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site, including students, educators who are also contributors of User Content on the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site. ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site includes all aspects of the Website and Apps which includes but is not limited to products, software and service offered via the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site, such as the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY online Learning Site, ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Plus - Subscription, ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Bytes and any other service or application that ANTARIKSH SOCIETY introduces from time to time.

ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site is community, news, media and online Learning Site that offers forums, groups and own courses, partner Institutions courses and supports and facilitates the online creation of educational videos/or tutorials, by the Users of the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site and acts as an intermediary between the educator and the User. A User may create a video, audio clip or tutorial, by using the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site. Such content uploaded through the use of the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Learning Site shall hereinafter be referred to as “User Content”. You agree and acknowledge that ANTARIKSH SOCIETY has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the User Content and by using the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site, you expressly relieve ANTARIKSH SOCIETY from any and all liability arising from the User Content.

The ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site may include or contain links to any third-party websites that may or may not be owned or controlled by ANTARIKSH SOCIETY. ANTARIKSH SOCIETY has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. In addition, ANTARIKSH SOCIETY will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site, you expressly relieve ANTARIKSH SOCIETY from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or services. However, we recommend that before you use any third-party services or website you read and understand the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each such website that you visit.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other other rules and policies made available or published elsewhere, ANTARIKSH SOCIETY hereby grants the you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You agree and acknowledge that ANTARIKSH SOCIETY shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site, including, but not limited to, the User Content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use. Further, ANTARIKSH SOCIETY may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information may change or eliminate any transmission method and may change transmission speeds or other signal characteristics .ANTARIKSH SOCIETY reserves the right to refuse access to the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Learning Site, terminate Accounts, remove or edit contents without any notice to You.
COPYRIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Learning Site, the processes, and their selection and arrangement, including but not limited to all text, graphics, User interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds and music (if any), artwork and computer code on the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Learning Site is owned and controlled by ANTARIKSH SOCIETY and the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel and arrangement of such content mentioned hereinabove is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other national and international IPR laws and regulations. For clarity, content in the above sentence shall not include User Content.
Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary, or any proprietary material owned by a third-party and so expressly mentioned, INFINITY GLOBAL ACADEMY owns all IPR to and into the trademark “ANTARIKSH SOCIETY”, “ANTARIKSH SOCIETY PLUS” and the ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Site.
The mark “ANTARIKSH SOCIETY” is the sole property of ANTARIKSH SOCIETY. Reproduction in whole or in part of the same is strictly prohibited unless used with an express written permission from ANTARIKSH SOCIETY.

Privacy Policy
Data Collection
We collect certain data from you directly, like information you enter yourself, data about your consumption of content, and data from third-party platforms you connect with ANTARIKSH SOCIETY. Account Data: In order to use certain features (like accessing content), you need to create a user account. When you create or update your account, we collect and store the data you provide, like your email address, password, phone number, occupation, skill interests, gender, race, ethnicity, government ID information, verification photo, age, date of birth, and account settings and assign you a unique identifying number (“Account Data”).
Profile Data: You can also choose to provide profile information like a photo, headline, biography, language, website link, social media profiles, country, or other data. Your Profile Data will be publicly viewable by others.
Shared Content Parts of the Services let you interact with other users or share content publicly, including by posting reviews about content, asking or answering questions, sending messages to students or instructors, or posting photos or other work you upload. Such shared content may be publicly viewable by others depending on where it is posted.
Educational Content Data When you access content, we collect certain data including which courses, assignments, labs, workspaces, and quizzes you’ve started and completed; content purchases and credits; subscriptions; completion certificates; your exchanges with instructors, teaching assistants, and other students; and essays, answers to questions, and other items submitted to satisfy course and related content requirements. If you are an instructor, we store your educational content which may contain data about you.
Student Payment Data If you make purchases, we collect certain data about your purchase (such as your name and ZIP code) as necessary to process your order. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment service providers, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and ZIP code. We may also receive limited information, like the fact that you have a new card and the last four digits of that card, from payment service providers to facilitate payments. For security, ANTARIKSH SOCIETY does not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data.
Instructor Payment Data If you are an instructor, you can link your PayPal, Payoneer, or other payment account to the Services to receive payments. When you link a payment account, we collect and use certain information, including your payment account email address, account ID, physical address, or other data necessary for us to send payments to your account. In some instances, we may collect ACH or wire information to send payments to your account. In order to comply with applicable laws, we also work with trusted third parties who collect tax information as legally required. This tax information may include residency information, tax identification numbers, biographical information, and other personal information necessary for taxation purposes. For security, ANTARIKSH SOCIETY does not collect or store sensitive bank account information. The collection, use, and disclosure of your payment, billing, and taxation data is subject to the privacy policy and other terms of your payment account provider.
Data About Your Accounts on Other Services:
We may obtain certain information through your social media or other online accounts if they are connected to your ANTARIKSH SOCIETY account. If you login to ANTARIKSH SOCIETY via Facebook or another third-party platform or service, we ask for your permission to access certain information about that other account. For example, depending on the platform or service we may collect your name, profile picture, account ID number, login email address, location, physical location of your access devices, gender, birthday, and list of friends or contacts.
Those platforms and services make information available to us through their APIs. The information we receive depends on what information you (via your privacy settings) or the platform or service decide to give us.
If you access or use our Services through a third-party platform or service, or click on any third-party links, the collection, use, and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and other agreements of that third party.

Sending push notifications to your wireless device to provide updates and other relevant messages (which you can manage from the “options” or “settings” page of the mobile app);
Manage your account and account preferences;
Facilitate the Services’ technical functioning, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, securing the Services, and preventing fraud and abuse;
Solicit feedback from users;
Market products, services, surveys, and promotions;
Market Subscription Plans to prospective customers;

We share certain data about you with instructors, other students, companies performing services for us, ANTARIKSH SOCIETY affiliates, our business partners, analytics and data enrichment providers, your social media providers, companies helping us run promotions and surveys, and advertising companies who help us promote our Services. We may also share your data as needed for security, legal compliance, or as part of a corporate restructuring. Lastly, we can share data in other ways if it is aggregated or de-identified or if we get your consent.
Your Rights
You have certain rights around the use of your data, including the ability to opt out of promotional emails, cookies, and collection of your data by certain third parties. You can update or terminate your account from within our Services, and can also contact us for individual rights requests about your personal data. Parents who believe we’ve unintentionally collected personal data about their underage child should contact us for help deleting that information.

We recognize the privacy interests of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by ANTARIKSH SOCIETY, full payment for participation in a Program is required at the time of registration. In the case of Programs that include a trial window, such trial window shall be made available only after the full payment. During the trial window, upon a request by the student, and to the satisfaction of ANTARIKSH SOCIETY, ANTARIKSH SOCIETY may, in accordance with the applicable refund policy for the particular Program, choose to refund the Program Fees paid, subject to deduction of such applicable charges as may be decided by ANTARIKSH SOCIETY from time to time. Once the trial window is closed, there will be no refund allowed for any reason whatsoever.
It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into a Program to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the Program elected. The enrolment into a Program is non-transferable. Since our programs are offered online and not tangible goods Refund would not be made unless for program that have a Trial window and the user cancels the program within such trial period.
Cancellation: Cancellations may be done by user prior to access to course and would attract a cancellation fee which would be 50% of the paid fees.
Use of Programs
ANTARIKSH SOCIETY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Program or live lectures/webinars, or to alter, modify or rearrange the schedule of topics, as well as the point value or weight of assignments, tests, quizzes, exams, projects and other such evaluations of progress. You also understand that ANTARIKSH SOCIETY, at its sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your use of the Platform or Programs and/or all ANTARIKSH SOCIETY-provided services related to the Programs, such as access to ANTARIKSH SOCIETY coaches or support services, evaluation services, or certifications. You also understand that ANTARIKSH SOCIETY may modify or discontinue all services related to its Programs at its sole discretion. You agree that ANTARIKSH SOCIETY shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to obligate ANTARIKSH SOCIETY to maintain and support the Platform or Programs or any part or portion thereof or any associated services.
You agree that ANTARIKSH SOCIETY shall be under no liability whatsoever to you in the event of non-availability of the Platform or any portion thereof occasioned by Act of God, war, disease, revolution, epidemic, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, satellite failure, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of ANTARIKSH SOCIETY.

“Content” means any and all information and data, which may include but not be limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, maps, photos, sounds, music, videos, logos, offers, advertisements, interactive features and other materials.
The Platform, Programs and related services are owned and operated by ANTARIKSH SOCIETY and its licensors. All Content or other material available on the Platform or through the Programs, including but not limited to online/live lectures, speeches, video lessons, quizzes, presentation materials, homework assignments, programming assignments, programs, code, and other images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, documents, materials, audio and video clips, HTML and files (collectively “ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Content”), are the property of ANTARIKSH SOCIETY and/or its affiliates or licensors, and copyright reserved/proteted, patent and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights under Indian and foreign laws. All software used on the Platform is the property of ANTARIKSH SOCIETY. ANTARIKSH SOCIETY logos, trademarks and service marks that may appear on the Platform and in the Program (“ANTARIKSH SOCIETY Marks”) are the property of ANTARIKSH SOCIETY and are copyrights reserved
